We are looking for a manager to lead the Global Medical Segment for our Branson Ultrasonics business, Our preference is that this role is based Brookfield, CT, however we will consider remote for a successful candidate.
This is an amazing opportunity to lead the development and implementation of global strategies to accelerate our growth and further strengthen Branson's position as a leading provider of material joining solutions for the medical industry.
AS THE SEGMENT MANAGER - MEDICAL, YOU WILL:
Assess global market dynamics and identify key sub-segments and opportunities that support Branson's value creation objectives.
Create and execute customer segmentation strategies and develop growth plans for penetrating new and existing accounts globally.
Implement robust processes with KPI's to measure and track performance against growth targets.
Work with business development managers and sales leaders to implement a strategic account management process that delivers results.
Develop and implement processes to gain the market and customer insights required to identify opportunities for differentiated solutions and services that address key challenges for medical customers.
Support new product development efforts to create value for customers and Branson.
Drive the development of solutions for new applications that address customer needs and support growth plans.
Identify and capture opportunities to scale / replicate solutions for target applications globally.
Develop messaging and content strategy and drive campaigns to enhance lead generation across various channels.
Lead the development of collateral and training initiatives to boost sales channel situational fluency for target applications.
Champion knowledge / application sharing and cross-functional collaboration globally to enhance the organizational capabilities required to elevate Branson's relevance in the medical industry.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
BS Engineering or Business Relevant years of medical device business development experience commensurate with the level of the position Strong leadership, strategic thinking, organizational, project management, and presentation skills.
Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally and at different levels of the organization are important.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Ability to travel 40% domestically and internationally required.

Our compensation philosophy is simple:
we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during the annual merit review process.
The salary range for this role is $99,248 - $148,873 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to this role.
This position also participates in a Center Point bonus plan.
