We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industryThis is a full-time, permanent role that will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to work on exciting projects and initiatives, utilizing their expertise in digital marketing to drive our business forwardAs a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be a key player in our marketing department, responsible for creating and implementing digital marketing strategies to optimize our online presence, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement and sales.
Responsibilities:
1Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, email marketing, social media marketing, and content creation, to increase online visibility, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
2Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior, and utilize these insights to inform marketing strategies.
3Manage the product lifecycle, from conception to launch, including product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
4Utilize Google Analytics and other data analysis tools to monitor and evaluate the performance of digital marketing campaigns, making necessary adjustments to optimize results.
5Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
6Create engaging and relevant content for our website, blog, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.
7Manage and optimize our social media profiles to increase engagement and followers.
8Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and provide recommendations on how these can be leveraged to benefit our business.
Qualifications:
1Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the Manufacturing industry.
3Proven experience with SEO, email marketing, social media marketing, content creation, and other digital marketing tools and strategies.
4Proficiency in Google Analytics and other data analysis tools.
5Strong knowledge of market research methods and data analysis.
6Experience with product management and product lifecycle management.
7Excellent strategic planning and marketing strategy skills.
8Strong understanding of business strategy and how it aligns with marketing efforts.
9Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and relevant content.
10Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
