Job Description:
HIAAH, a leading mental health practice committed to delivering top-notch behavioral health services across multiple states, is seeking a Part-Time In-Person Scheduler to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and smooth scheduling of appointments for our clients, contributing to the overall success of our practice.
Responsibilities:
1.
Appointment Scheduling:
Efficiently manage and schedule client appointments for mental health services, psychiatry, and family counseling.
2.
Communication:
Coordinate with clients, clinicians, and administrative staff to ensure clear and timely communication regarding scheduling details.
3.
Calendar Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date calendars for clinicians, optimizing appointment scheduling based on availability and client preferences.
4.
Client Coordination:
Assist clients in scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.
5.
Documentation:
Keep detailed records of scheduled appointments and update the electronic scheduling system promptly.
6.
Flexibility:
Adapt to changes in scheduling requirements, accommodate urgent requests, and effectively handle any scheduling conflicts.
7.
Work Schedule:
The Part-Time In-Person Scheduler will be needed in the office on Saturdays, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Collaboration:

Qualifications:
- Previous
Experience:
Prior experience in scheduling or administrative roles is preferred.
