About the Opportunity:
Our Patient Coordinators are the backbone of our clinics.
They are working collaboratively with their teammates to ensure the clinic is running efficiently.
Our PCs have a direct impact on our patient's overall experience and are providing world class customer service.
The day-to-day functions include scheduling new and current patient appointments, answering incoming phone calls, greeting and checking in patients, verifying insurance coverage, obtaining necessary authorization, collecting co-pays / other balances, and helping the clinic maintain exceptional performance.

3-5 years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting Proficient with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
